This policy explains what information East Bay Office Cleaning ("we", "us") collects through eastbayofficecleaning.com, our phone lines and our quote forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, call (925) 956-4297.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you request a quote, we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, phone number, email, city, square footage, cleaning frequency, services of interest and your message.
- Phone calls: our phone numbers are call tracking lines provided by a third-party service. The service logs the calling number, date, time and duration, and which page or advertisement led to the call. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a quote form or phone link was used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough and prepare a quote.
- To provide and manage cleaning service if you become a client, including sharing the details needed to do the job (business name, address, access instructions and contact person) with the cleaning crew assigned to your account.
- To notify our scheduling team of new requests by email, text message or team chat.
- To measure which pages and advertising bring in requests, and to improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use service providers to run this website and our business, including our website host (Vercel), our email delivery provider, our call tracking provider, Google Analytics, our team chat service (Discord), and automation tools that forward new quote requests to our scheduling team. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and call records for as long as needed to respond, provide service and keep business records, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to our message, emailing us or calling us.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are delivered to us by email, text message or team chat and kept in our business records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
