Office Cleaning FAQ
The questions East Bay office managers and business owners ask most before switching cleaning services. Do not see yours? Call (925) 956-4297.
Getting started
How do I get a quote for office cleaning?
Call us or fill out the quote request form. We schedule a short walkthrough of your space, then send a written quote with a flat price and a room by room checklist.
Our cleaner just quit. How fast can you start?
Tell us that when you call. We prioritize offices without coverage, book the walkthrough at your earliest availability and set the first visit as soon as you approve the quote.
Do I need to be there for the walkthrough?
Someone who knows the space should be there, usually for 20 to 30 minutes. It helps to bring a list of what your current or previous cleaner missed.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve 20 cities in Contra Costa and Alameda counties, including Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Dublin, Oakland, Berkeley, Hayward and Fremont. See the full service area.
Pricing and agreements
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Most small East Bay offices pay between $100 and $325 per visit, and larger offices are often priced per square foot per month. Frequency and scope matter as much as size. Our pricing guide shows typical ranges.
Is there a contract?
Your written quote lists the service term, the notice period to cancel and what is included. You can review it and ask questions before you sign anything.
Who provides cleaning supplies?
Crews bring their own equipment and cleaning products. Paper towels, toilet paper, soap and trash liners can come from your stock or be supplied by us and added to your monthly invoice.
How does billing work?
Recurring service is billed monthly at the flat price on your quote. One-time jobs such as post-construction or carpet cleaning are billed after the work is done.
Crews, keys and scheduling
Who will be cleaning my office?
Our vetted local cleaning crews. We assign a regular crew to your account so the same people clean your office each visit and learn your preferences.
What happens if my regular crew is out?
A backup crew member who has your written checklist and access instructions covers the visit. When we know ahead of time, we let you know.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Access details are shared only with the crew assigned to your office. We recommend giving each crew member their own alarm code or key card so access can be tracked and changed easily.
What hours do you clean?
Most offices are cleaned in the evening, roughly 6pm to 11pm. Early mornings and weekends are available, and day porters work during business hours.
What if something gets missed?
Call or email us and we will have it taken care of, usually on the next visit or sooner if it cannot wait. We also use your feedback to update the checklist.
Services
What is the difference between office cleaning and janitorial services?
Office cleaning usually means routine visits a few times a week. Janitorial services are more comprehensive programs, often nightly, that include supply management and building common areas.
Do you clean medical and dental offices?
Yes. Medical office cleaning follows a stricter checklist for exam rooms, waiting areas and touch points and is scheduled after patient hours.
Do you do one-time cleanings?
Yes. We handle one-time deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning after a buildout or remodel.
