Commercial Window Cleaning for East Bay Businesses
Interior glass, ground-level exterior windows, glass doors and storefronts, cleaned on a monthly or quarterly rotation by a vetted local crew that shows up on the scheduled date.
Streaky front doors and hazy windows are the first thing a visitor sees, and East Bay dust, pollen and fingerprints build up fast. Commercial window cleaning puts your glass on a regular schedule so it stays clear without anyone on your team having to remember. We focus on what we can do safely and well: interior glass and windows you can reach from the ground.
What is included in commercial window cleaning
- Interior windows on every floor of your suite
- Ground-level exterior windows
- Glass entry doors, both sides
- Storefront glass and display windows
- Interior glass partitions and conference room walls
- Sidelights, transoms and door glass within safe reach
- Window sills wiped down
- Tracks vacuumed and wiped
- Screens dusted or rinsed where present
- Frames and handles wiped of fingerprints
What we do not do: high-rise, rope-access or lift work. Exterior glass above the ground floor is not part of our standard service. Second-story windows that can be reached safely with standard equipment may be quoted case by case after a site visit. If your building needs work at height, we will tell you up front rather than take a job we should not.
Fingerprints on entry glass build up between visits. Our day porters and nightly office cleaning crews can wipe high-touch glass doors as part of their routine.
Who commercial window cleaning is for
- Single-story and low-rise offices in business parks
- Retail storefronts, showrooms and restaurants with street-facing glass
- Office suites with glass partitions, glass-walled conference rooms or interior windows
- Medical and dental offices where a clean entry sets the tone for patients
- Property managers who want lobby and entry glass kept up for tenants
Retail and mixed-use properties often bundle window work with commercial cleaning, so one schedule covers floors, restrooms and glass.
How scheduling works
Most businesses pick one of these rotations:
- Monthly: storefronts, restaurants and busy entries that collect fingerprints and street dust
- Quarterly: most offices, with entry doors touched up more often by your regular cleaning crew
- One-time: before a move-in, an open house or after construction
Exterior work is usually done early in the morning or after close so it does not get in the way of customers. Interior glass can happen during your regular evening cleaning visit. If rain is forecast on an exterior day, we reschedule with you instead of cleaning glass that will spot an hour later.
Typical East Bay ranges are $5 to $12 per pane for interior and exterior ground-level glass, or roughly $150 to $400 per visit for a small office. Those are typical ranges, not quotes. Our pricing page covers other services too. To get on the schedule, call (925) 956-4297.
What to expect on the first visit
- Site visit. We count panes, check access, note hard water spots or paint overspray and confirm what can be reached safely from the ground.
- Written quote. You get a per-visit price, the rotation, and a clear list of which windows are included and which are not.
- First cleaning. The first visit usually takes longer, since sills and tracks often have months of buildup.
- Set the rotation. We put your next visits on the calendar and send a reminder before each one.
Commercial window cleaning questions
Do you clean high-rise or upper-floor exterior windows?
No. We do not offer high-rise, rope-access or lift work. Exterior service covers ground-level glass. Second-story windows that are safely reachable with standard equipment may be quoted case by case after we see the building.
How much does commercial window cleaning cost?
Typical ranges are $5 to $12 per pane for interior and exterior ground-level glass, or roughly $150 to $400 per visit for a small office. Your price depends on pane count, access and buildup. See our pricing page for more.
How often should office windows be cleaned?
Quarterly works for most offices. Storefronts, restaurants and busy entries usually stay clear only with monthly service. Glass entry doors may need a quick wipe every few days, which your regular cleaning crew can handle.
Can you remove hard water spots or paint from glass?
Light mineral spots and construction residue often come off during a normal cleaning. Heavy hard water etching may not fully come out. We will point out problem areas during the site visit and tell you what to expect before you book.
Do you clean interior glass partitions?
Yes. Glass conference room walls, office fronts and partitions are part of interior service. Call (925) 956-4297 to add them to your quote.
