Why we do this

Most businesses do not think about cleaning until it goes wrong. A cleaner stops answering texts, a new person shows up with no idea what the office needs, or the restrooms get skipped the night before a client visit. We built East Bay Office Cleaning around fixing that. Our job is to take cleaning off your list: match your office with the right crew, put the scope in writing, keep the schedule, and be the person you call when something needs to change.

How we work

We are based in Concord, CA and serve Contra Costa and Alameda counties. We handle the walkthrough, quoting, scheduling and follow-up. The cleaning itself is done by our vetted local cleaning crews, people who live and work in the East Bay and know the buildings, traffic and access rules in the cities they cover.

• Vetting before the first job. Crews are screened by us before they are assigned to any account.
• A regular crew per account. The same people clean your office so they learn it. A backup who has your checklist covers time off.
• Written scope. Every account has a room by room checklist, including rotating monthly tasks.
• One local contact. Quality issues and changes go to us, and we handle them with the crew.

Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. Saturday, 8am to 2pm.

What we will not do

We will not pad a quote with tasks you do not need, and we will not claim credentials we do not have. If a job is outside what we do well, like high-rise window work, we will tell you up front.
